Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Lounge (Domestic)
The Blue Ribbon business class lounge has potential to be one of the best domestic lounges we’ve visited, but falls short in a few categories. First off, there are many stylish seating options throughout the lounge including couches and armchairs. Each one is accompanied by a small or large coffee table, however none of these tables are particularly conducive to dining or getting work done on a laptop. In addition, many of the seats are not particularly comfortable. Outlets are also scarce so we needed to move locations to charge our devices.
On our visit, it was exceptionally busy and loud, making a quiet space to work virtually non-existent. There is a semi private room with couches, TVs and four complimentary massage chairs. Although it is slightly quieter, the massage chairs were occupied for majority of the time by people either having long naps or using them as a private space to play cards for a couple of hours. We finally had an opportunity to use them, and they were some of the best massage chairs we’ve ever used. The best part of the Blue Ribbon lounge was the food. There were three delicious hot dishes that could be ordered from the kitchen including a red curry, duck noodle, and shrimp wonton soup. Complimenting these dishes were a wide variety of other foods such as steamed buns, dim sum, a salad bar, fresh waffles, tons of Thai desserts and snacks, fruit, warm croissants, and more! Also available was a Thai tea machine with four flavours, two espresso machines, a fridge stocked with juice, soft drinks and water. Beer and wine could be ordered from the bar.The washrooms were very clean and a single shower was available in each. A small business centre with two computers was accessible, as well as complimentary magazines and newspapers. The wifi was not as fast as we are used to in business lounges, but that was likely due to the volume of people using it. Also, each person was assigned an individual code to connect and is limited to 3 hours. We found that we were required to re-enter the code multiple times throughout our visit. Finally, the staff was very attentive, constantly clearing tables, restocking foods, seating new guests and taking orders for drinks. This was appreciated, as the lounge was so busy! Overall, if the Blue Ribbon lounge had more functional and comfortable seating options and more quiet spaces to work, our experience would have been more enjoyable than it already was.

The Coral Executive Lounge (International)
The Coral Executive Lounge in the international terminal has an elegant vibe with fancy arm chairs and couches located throughout. Each is accompanied by a round table perfect for dining or working and power outlets always nearby. Soft, relaxing piano music played throughout our time in the lounge, but was strangely limited to the same song on repeat. The hot food selection included a miso soup, stir fried vegetables with fish, steamed rice, chicken curry, and Chinese fried noodles.
In addition, there were a number of sandwiches, a DIY bruschetta station, mussels, mini quiches, a salad bar, a few Thai sweets, fresh fruit, as well as some pastries, cereal, muffins and bread. The fridge was stocked with soft drinks, water (still and sparkling), and iced tea. Two beer choices (Chang from Thailand and Federbräu from Germany) were available from the bar, as well as red and white wine and espresso coffee. Premium spirits could be ordered at an additional cost. The staff were very attentive and friendly, tidying tables and replacing food regularly. The bathrooms were spotless and the wifi speeds were blazingly fast at 115mb/DL and 75mb/UL. Each guest was entitled to a complimentary 15 neck and shoulder massage. Unfortunately, after my massage, an awkward exchange occurred when I was requested to tip the masseuse; we had already spent all our Thai baht because we were leaving the country, and had to tip in a different currency.Overall, the Coral Executive Lounge in the international terminal was clean, comfortable, quiet and had plenty of seating options. The food was adequate and the wifi speeds were spectacular. It is a great place to unwind and relax before a flight out of Thailand.

Miracle Lounge (Domestic)
The Miracle Lounge is a quaint and quiet space near Gate 51 in the Don Mueang International Airport. There are various seating options such as couches, armchairs and dining tables. It was fairly dimly lit, but it helped contribute to a relaxing vibe. Various outlets were sporadically placed on perimeter walls and the wifi speeds were good with tests coming in at 9mb/sec DL and 4mb/sec UL. Complimentary magazines and newspapers were also available for guests. The washrooms were very clean and a single shower room was also available. There were plenty of food and drink options. Cold food consisted of sushi, a salad bar, various sweets and snacks, fresh fruit, sandwiches and tuna pastries. A far as hot food goes, there were two soups, pork chilli, steamed rice, stir fried vegetables, chicken sausages and spaghetti.Drinks included a chocolate milk machine, fresh juices, tea and a Nescafe machine with mediocre coffee. There was also a fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, three kinds of beer, and some wine. In addition, a number of spirits were available at a DIY station.Overall, the Miracle Lounge’s cleanliness, attentive staff and decent food selection made it a relaxing space to spend some time before our flight.

The hot food station contained two soups, fried rice and spaghetti.
Other food available included sushi, a salad bar, deep fried vegetables, baked quiches, seaweed, chicken and tuna salads, sandwiches, sausage cocktails, various cereals and delicious chicken satay. There were also many dessert items such as chocolate cupcakes, waffles, thai tea pudding, panna cotta, grass jelly dessert, and fresh fruit.A number of fresh juices were offered, as well a fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, orange juice and four brands of beer. An espresso machine was available, as well as a variety of teas. The single person washroom was not particularly clean and the communal sink was littered with debris.Overall, the Coral Executive Lounge was clean and comfortable, and the staff was quite attentive. The food and beverage selection was decent and the complimentary massage was a great perk.
