As there is only one airport lounge in the international terminal of the J. Chavez International Airport in Lima, it can be super crowded.
NOTE: Since this was published, a new lounge has also opened in the international terminal.
To help alleviate this overcrowding, Priority Pass offers two restaurants that members can utilize in addition to the lounge. These include La Bonbonniere and Bleriot Bar & Lounge. At these restaurants, cardholders receive $27 USD per member/guest for food and/or drinks.
La Bonbonniere is a restaurant with a full menu including soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, burgers and more. Bleriot is primarily a cocktail bar with only a few food options, from what we saw. Both are located across from one another near gate 24. 
As it was the morning, we decided to eat a full American breakfast at La Bonniere. This included two eggs, waffles, bread, fresh fruit and a freshly blended juice. We managed to stay below the $27 USD threshold per person and were incredibly full. We did not try Bleriot Bar & Lounge, as it was a little early for us to indulge in alcoholic drinks.
Because we had 20-30 minutes before boarding, we decided to check out the newly renovated Hanaq VIP Lounge as well. We waited in a line of at least 40 people just to enter the lounge, though we were inside within ten minutes.
The lounge was large and very busy, but there is enough seating in different areas throughout the lounge to accommodate the large number of guests. The wifi was strong, despite the large number of people.
There are also shower facilities and a children’s play room.
The lounge has multiple stations serving coffee, tea, fresh juice, soft drinks and bottled water. 
In addition, there were some hot and cold food options including fresh fruit, toast, and other breakfast options (as we were there in the morning). A full service bar was also open and offers two complimentary alcoholic drinks per guest. 
Our Rating: 9/10 (the restaurant options were a big reason for this rating)
