Premier Lounge
The first thing we noticed when entering the Premier Lounge was the wonderful ambience. The room is tastefully decorated with Balinese decorations and flowers with traditional music playing softly in the background. There are plenty of comfortable seating options available throughout the decent-sized lounge, as well as a private quiet room for first class passengers. Although we enjoyed the atmosphere, we did find the lighting to be particularly dim.
The staff was attentive and were consistently tidying tables and replenishing food in the buffet. There was a variety of food options on the day we visited. The hot food buffet consisted of rice, chicken curry, steamed vegetables, two kinds of soup (vegetable and chicken), and turnovers. In addition, a number of Balinese fruits and snacks were available, as well a salad bar and a series of desserts. The selection of water infused with fresh fruit and vegetables was a nice touch. Other drinks were available in the fridge, such as juice, iced tea, soft drinks and beer. A full service bar was in operation for wine, spirits and cocktails.
Also located in this lounge was a small business centre with computers, complimentary magazines and a “take a book, leave a book” library.
Bathrooms were not immaculately clean, but were more than suitable as far as airport facility standards go. The showers were rather uninviting, but would be fine to use if absolutely required. The lounge offered five wifi networks, but all were atrociously slow! I connected to all 5 and the average speed was a measly 300kb/sec. This was barely fast enough to check our email! This brought our overall rating down considerably, as for us, wifi speed is one of the most important amenities in an airline lounge.

TG Lounge
This lounge contained a variety of arm chairs and couches throughout, with giant floor to ceiling windows along one wall. We visited in the evening, so the lounge was pretty dark.
At the back of the lounge there were massage rooms (massage for an extra cost).
There was a cooking station with a live chef preparing omelettes in the morning, noodles in the afternoon and fresh pasta in the evening. The other hot food consisted of breaded fish and chicken, a beef dish and french fries. Also available was a salad bar, fresh fruit and a variety of pastries and cookies to satisfy one’s sweet tooth.
The bartender doubled as a barista, preparing fresh espresso drinks. Beer and boxed house wine was available (limit of 3 per guest) while liquor-based drinks and premium wine cost extra. The bathrooms were not spick and span, but were better than the usual public facilities in an airport. There was a business centre at the back of the lounge containing individual pods with computers.
The wifi speed clocked in at 1mb/sec, which was suitable for basic functions. The connectivity was an issue though, as it had a habit of regularly disconnecting and was difficult to reconnect.
